Summer Nationals is in Portland this year. Are you qualified?

For Division 2, Division 3, and Y-14, there is a chance to qualify via the division qualifiers. These will be held April 25th-26th at Kaizen Academy’s Riverside location, and you should sign up before April 22nd on AskFred here.

Division 2
Eligibility
-Rated C or below at time of registration AND
-Born in 2012 or earlier
Qualification
-Place in the top 25% of the current season’s division qualifying competition OR
-Be on the current Division 1-A ROC Regional Point Standings OR
-Be on the current Division 2 ROC Regional Point Standings OR
-Place in the top 40% of an Adult or Adult Combined regional event OR
-Place in the top 40% of a Division 2 NAC.

Division 3
Eligibility
-Rated D or below at time of registration AND
-Born in 2012 or earlier
Qualification
-Place in the top 25% of the total number of “D”, “E”, or “U” fencers competing in the current season’s Division 2 qualifying competition OR
-Be on the current Division 1-A ROC Regional Point Standings OR
-Be on the current Division 2 ROC Regional Point Standings OR
-Be qualified for Division 2 National Championships OR
-Place in the top 40% of an Adult or Adult Combined regional event OR
-Place in the top 40% of a Division 3 regional event.

Y-14
Eligibility
-Born between 2011 and 2014 AND
-Able to represent the USA competitively
Qualification
-Be on the Y-14 National Point Standings at the regular entry fee deadline OR
-Earn at least 160 Y-14 Regional Points during the current season (Total points = an athlete’s top three point results) OR
-Finish in the top 40% of the final competitive field at a Y-14 IRC or ISC tournament during the current season OR
-Place in the top 25% of the fencer’s division’s Y-14 National Championship qualifying competition.
